Madison Floyd is a senior from Upland, California, currently studying Literature and Psychology at Claremont McKenna College. She has worked alongside faculty on various research projects, including the York Plays project, where she helped analyze archival recordings and materials related to medieval English drama. Madison has been involved with the Gould Center since her first year at CMC, where she was a member of the Gould Fellowship program. Over the following two years, she served on the Gould Editorial Board where she collaborated with her peers to support student publications. In her final year at CMC, she is excited to step into the role of Publications Coordinator, where she will oversee the publication of The Gould Gazette and Motif. Having been involved with the Gould Center throughout her time at CMC, she is especially excited to give back to a community that has played a meaningful role in her college experience. Outside of academics, Madison enjoys reading, sewing clothing, and spending time with family and friends.
