Flora Li ’23
Student Manager
Project Coordinator
Pronouns: she/her/hers
Flora Li is a senior from Changchun, China, dual majoring in philosophy and economics. Growing up in a world of conflicts and pluralistic values, she has been constantly reflecting on her own values, reasons, and answers. During the time of her mind being clouded by doubts and distress, learning philosophy completely changed her way of living and thinking. She found the pleasure of learning every time she engaged with the powerful arguments, brilliant thoughts, and well-crafted works by ancient and contemporary philosophers. At CMC, these incredible moments were made possible by her philosophy professors, so she is thrilled to lead the “Focus on Faculty” project with her amazing team of Research Assistants. On campus, she is also an I-Connect mentor, a staff writer for the Forum, and a stage crew of the theater club. In her free time, she likes going to concerts and comedy shows, but if she is not with a cup of coffee, she is on her way to get one.
